Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy: Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. A $100 rebooking fee applies to any  cancelations. Rescheduling available via phone without fees if 24 hours notice given.  Weather policy: (24 hour notice not required if due to uncontrolled situation) You may reschedule to available time slot or receive partial refund minus $50 fee if canceled prior to getting on the boat. If charter has started and must stop due to lightning charter will end at that time and partial refund may apply at managements discretion when less than 50% of time expired. If 50% of time has expired NO refund will be given. Please check weather prior to chartered time.
